We only ship merchandise within Canada. Canada Post is our preferred carrier, however, we reserve the right to substitute another carrier without notice.
Orders generally ship from Markham, ON within 3 business days. Delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on your location and the service selected.
eccocanada.com does not process orders or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays.
Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment along with the Return Athorization Form or copy of the Invoice from your ca.shop.ecco.com purchase. Items must be unworn and all original packaging intact in order to be accepted for return. We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. Refunds will be made to the credit card or payment method used for the purchase. All returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label included in your original shipment. You may then drop off your return at any outlet for the designated carrier. Participating ECCO retailers cannot accept ca.shop.ecco.com returns at this time. ECCO retail stores can only accept ca.shop.ecco.com returns for exchange or in-store credit.
