If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. At this time, ca.shop.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through a participating ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.
Online orders may be returned to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc. for refund within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and all original packaging is intact. Items may be returned to any ECCO retail store* in Canada for exchange or store credit if accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Refunds are only available via return shipment to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc.
Orders shipped from our warehouse will include a prepaid return shipping label. If your order did not include a prepaid return label, please contact Customer Service and one will be provided to you. Please include a copy of the original invoice or Return Authorization Form indicating the item(s) being returned.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of refunds. Customers will receive email notification once the refund has been completed.
