The new bareMinerals.com site improves the shopping experience for customers through an increased and better display of information. In addition, the site will feature improved online ordering, check-out and ability to upsell items. Demandware and Bare Escentuals teamed with interactive merchandising partner Fluid, Inc. (www.fluid.com) to re-launch bareMinerals.com. Plans are also in the works to re-launch the BareEscentuals.com site on the Demandware platform in 2007.
This upgrade adds a number of new merchandising features to bareMinerals.com using the Demandware e-Commerce platform, resulting in a richer user experience for customers. Blending content and commerce, bareMinerals.com now has an improved information display with additional content and graphics. The site also features new up sell capabilities that present customers with additional complementary products.
