Adam Koch is Demandware’s Director of Customer Support. His responsibilities include global support for customers and partners using Demandware’s ecommerce products and platform, knowledge management and self service delivery, including technical documentation and self help tools.
Previously Adam served as Director of Worldwide Technical Support for edocs, which was acquired by Siebel Systems in 2003. At Siebel, he was the Director of Technical Support for North America for Self Service products. Earlier in his career, Adam held senior management positions for global customer support delivery for mission critical software & hardware products.
